Vectran®
Vectran® is a yarn spun from liquid crystal polymer (LCP). The material has a high strength and rigidity. Weight for weight it is 5 times stronger than steel. Its performance properties are: excellent creep resistance, high abrasion and cut resistance, minimal moisture absorption. Melting point lies at 330ºC.
