Technora®
Technora® is a para-aramid fiber made from co-polymers. The material has a high strength, weight for weight it is 8 times stronger than steel. Other performance properties are: good fatigue resistance, long-term dimensional stability and excellent resistance to corrosion, heat, chemicals and saltwater. With a thermal decomposition threshold of 500ºC, Technora® can be used at 200ºC for long periods. The low creep makes Technora® suitable for static applications.
